COVID-19 Safety Operation Procedures
Above all, LK believes in being a good community citizen, respecting the safety and wellness of myself and clients in the current COVID-19 climate. During our photography session, LK will adhere to guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and implement and enforce the following safety operation procedures during your photography session.
Personal Protective Equipment
LK will wear personal protective equipment/mask such as while working with clients.
Social distancing / No touch
At the discretion of the client, LK will maintain social distancing, using no-touch posing methods when at all possible.
By appointment only
LK will hold to strict appointment times, allowing sufficient time to sanitize photographic equipment after each client session.
Temperature checks and screening questions
Temperature checks should be conducted for each LK Photography client (including each member of the family present) prior to each session. Any subject or family member with a fever exceeding 100.4 degrees or with an answer of “yes” to the following screening questions should reschedule the photography session.
Have you had a cough or any flu-like or COVID symptoms in the last 14 days?
Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms with the last 14 days?
Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?
Adherence to sanitation protocols
LK will wash hands regularly before and after photography session.
COVID-19 Waiver
LK will issue the following COVID-19 waiver to all clients to obtain agreement of COVID-19 safety operation procedures.
